My knights in shining armour! After being stranded at Tebay services due to breaking down on the m6, I called a few firms and non would come get me. These guys came straight away and again when I needed them on my return visit. Really friendly and amazing service. Thank you!

No one turned up this morning for my taxi to make a train, which if I'd missed I would have not made work on time, which cannot happen as I am working in theatre. Very poor service as I was assured this would not happen on the phone, and no reply from the taxi firm this morning. Would not use again for such an important pre booking.

Dreadful service.. Booked four cabs ( 3weeks in advance) to pick 24 people up at 5pm from fellfoot, and take them to kendal, after doing a charity kayak down Windermere... Also rang three more times to confirm, including day before kayak...on the day the taxi's were due, I received a message at 4.15pm to say taxis would be late as they had double booked two of them and not organised the other two at all !!!! ... Two turned up approximately 5.30. Another at 5.50 and the last one 6.15.. Meanwhile everyone who had done the kayaking was just left standing freezing cold in the rain.... The taxi firm didn't give a toss. Terrible service. Would never recommended them to anyone... Totally unreliable and have no care or concern for their customers.

Excellent last minute service to pick up family member from oxenholme train station when unexpected motorway traffic delayed us. Thanks very much!
