Just had a lovely meal at Blue Mango, can't believe I've not been before! One of the best curry's I've ever had, staff were very polite too. Can't wait to come back, you can also use a taste card here which is 2for1 on all courses.
As a family we've been going for a meal here about every 6 weeks since the summer of 2013, we don't know what the place was like under the old management, only since it has new management older reviews are from the old management. The food is wonderful! Totally the best Asian cuisine I've ever had! The service is always very good, the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Everything you expect. The décor is more modern than fake traditional, no billowing nets or anything, no garish paintwork. Just simple, clean and actually quite elegant. In common with a lot of asian restaurants, the seats are comfortable for the hours you'll be sat here enjoying the meal and the venue itself. Not that you'll be kept waiting overly long. Food always seems to appear at the right time. My family don't want to go anywhere else now, and I can't say I blame them. This is great restaurant.
We have made many visits to Blue Mango, and enjoyed frequent take aways as well. We cannot fault their food or service and it is always a pleasure. We have tried a variety of different dishes, all of which have been very well cooked and are really tasty. Thoroughly recommended.
The five of us all had different meals and they were all really tasty. My Lamb Jaipur, saag bhagi was especially good. Every scrap was finished off by all of us. The only fault was that I paid in cash and after much waiting had to ask for my change. This obviously reduced the tip I was prepared to leave. A shame to spoil a lovely evening this way.
So delicious food. Very nice atmosphere. Really good price.
Good service in this small family owned restaurant, quality of food and portion sizes are great. If your looking for an Indian restaurant to visit in Coventry this one is worth visiting.
Service was great, food was tasty and decent, prices are great. Overall a nice meal out. We will be back!
