Very good food lovely landlady.  Definitely going back.

Very good homemade food with a large variety of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Booking is highly recommended.

Fantastic food and fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Amazing selection of mains and desserts. Ages at our table ranged from 93 down to 6 years old and all loved the food and the banter. 

Oh my goodness. If you want proper pub food this is the place to go. Amazing food. So fresh and delicious. Fantastic hostess. So reasonably priced. I'd happily have paid 10% more for the quality. Only thing I would recommend is book a table as it's so popular

Great food, plenty of choice, lovely atmosphere & friendly staff! Sue landlady always makes you feel welcome. Whenever we are in the area it is a 'must' to have a pint & a meal at the Blue Bell.

Fabulous food and something for everyone on the menu. Gluten free, vegan etc all diets catered for serving good food at good prices. Lovely landlady as well. We will be back.
