"The Oak Apple in Worcester is a modern community pub with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We offer excellent quality and value for money pub food and will definitely not disappoint you on any visit. We serve food until late and are open any day or night of the week. Our cosy booths are the perfect place for a catch up with friends or to keep little ones entertained whilst you relax. If that doesn’t work, why not let them create their own masterpiece on our drawing wall. We offer generous food portions from a menu that is set to keep you going for weeks. We also have a huge range of drinks; draught lagers, craft beers, ciders, wine, cocktails and soft drinks. We’re a great pub in the heart of the community with something for everyone!"

Do not underestimate this place. It is not a random pub!!! Looks amazing, food is cheap and delicious, staff very friendly and had 5* service. They all made me feel special and gave me all the attention. Will definitely return
Just had a lovely stop off at The Oak Apple. We needed to stop to charge the car en route to Nottingham and this pub is so lovely. The staff and locals are very welcoming. We were allowed to have our dog with us in the pub and our young son even though it was after 9pm. We had a game of pool and a drink while we waited for the car to charge. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re passing and we’re going to have some food next time. Thank you guys for such a warm welcome.
Food was tasty and plenty enough. Service a little slow. Organisation and preparation when catering for a large group needs to be reviewed. Some had finished before others had started meals. Nice to see people able to take their food with them if they had to leave early, but if the initial delays had not occurred this would probably have not been an issue. Otherwise suitably impressed.
Great local pub… we always used to stop here en route to Liverpool games and really friendly… never eaten here but had many a pint! Family friendly too.
Diablolical food, Ordered meals and paid for them along with drinks. Drinks took 10 minutes to get to the table. 30 minutes later was told that one of the meals was not available. 10 minutes later 3 of the meals arrived. 5 minutes later replacement meal came . Warmed up pasta with a tomato soup sauce and a piece of grilled chicken. Disgusting. Meal was sent back and a sandwich was offered as a replacement. 15 minutes later we were told that the sandwich was no longer available.. One star is over generous.
Worst food ever. Was waiting for car to charge and thought we'd have a burger. Two thin burgers so overcooked they were rock hard. Soggy rolls, few pieces of brown lettuce and grease soaked chips. Fortunately this was a dog friendly pub and my dog will eat anything. Ladies toilet had no lock on the door. Gents toilet shabby and unclean.
Visited Worcester yesterday sunday the 30th of August 2020. Popped in here for lunch and the staff inside were brilliant. Lovely and welcoming. Would have given a higher rating had the deal that was advertised at the pub been honoured and my wifes fish been cooked properly. Wasnt quite fully cooked in the middle although the burgers and chips were great. Also a shame they don't offer any discount for blue light card especially seeing as the ambulance service was right next door too.
Just had the BEST fish and chips ever..... Really tasty and piping hot. Chips are so crispy too ... Leaving very happy and with a full belly? Amazing!!!
First time I've been for a while. Ordered food but had no fish. Ordered a steak but they had to serve as 2 pieces rather than 1 x 8oz. Lasagne was really good but didn't come with the salad, which we then find they had run out rather than any prewarning. We asked twice for the peas that should've come with the pie but the lad behind the bar just looked at me and smiled. Went on a Monday which is obviously a bad day for food and no apology or refund offered. Shame as it seems like a nice pub and came recommended. Was meant to be a treat for an old friend of mine
Great food ,very good beer even though I drink bottled larger, but most of all great friendly staff and always welcoming, a warm and friendly pub
