This is the worst Taxi company in this area. Unfortunately to give this review I have had to give 1 star they aren't worth eve  that. We booked this company 3 days ago to rake us to a wedding g function the taxi there was fine but the return was 45 minutes after we had booked and only turned up after 6 phone calls to the office. The lame excuse from the driver was he was given another job. We'll whatever happened to planning. My advice to anyone I the Blaydon area is don't use this company as they ate now run by Blueline who are a Wallsend company and have no connection with is area. Try ringing Ryton and Winlaton Taxis much more helpful and reliable.

avoid my mother booked 4 1/2 hours in  advance to be picked up 22:30pm
no taxi turned up,
when she rang up told  heel be 10 mins had to do a long journey 
if you're late tell him to put his foot down
someone preferred a longer job  or the booking office screwed up

We have used Blaydon Cabs for years found them to be reliable and on time. Since their merger with Blue Line (I'm all for improving things and making good your business) we have been very disappointed with their service. Continued lateness and unreliable. Unfortunately we will not be using them again. Two customers lost.
