Table for 9 at 1.30. All ready and available when we arrived. A prompt drinks order was swiftly taken (not a great choice of lager but a very nice pint of bitter) Decided to go for main and starter so can't judge the starters although there seemed to be a good selection. Mains- on the whole good quality food served quickly. Some of the dishes just lacked flavour and were a bit bland e.g. Sweet chilli chicken was dry and the skin on fries tasted like cardboard. Desserts - again a good choice for all although again a little bland. Great meal out although more for the company than the food.

Came for a lunch meal with my mum, nan and my sister. Had the ribs and chicken for a second time and realised that the chicken is more dry than a camel's toe, the corn on the cob was dry also and not succulent. Ribs were decent though. I am 18 and left ID at home yet they still would not serve me a pint of beer even though i was having a meal with my family (i am allowed to have one by law!!). Manager only came over to explain why i wasn't after he heard me list the spirits on the shelf as i am a bartender! Overall, i don't reccomemd due to the lack of enforcement of the law and poor food. Fast service though.

This used to be a great restaurant but now it feels very pubish with a non inspiring menu. I hate to say but it seemed a little dirty on this occasion but I hope that was an anomaly. Nice staff in a nice location tho so I will give it another go

We came on a Thursday night, it wasn’t busy at all. The service was slow and the atmosphere was none existent. When the starter came it was okay. We ordered two burgers as our mains and they were awful. The beef was burnt, the lettuce was rotten and the cheese looked like it had just been thrown on top. I ate the burger bun as my main course and when we complained They didn’t seem to care. The chips were tasteless and dry, had to cover them in salt just to eat them. Worst experience I would rather have gone McDonalds. Don’t recommend.
