I received very professional help from a lady who works at the shoes department. She helped me to choose right shoes and explained a lot of things + she was very patient... FIVE stars..
Shame that no one helped me to choose rucksack on the upper floor. I spent there about 20min and no one even asked me what I’m doing there so “zero” stars.

Definitely not open at 11 am as per stated on Sunday Times.
Try harder next time to operate in your so called opening hours.

Good shop but so expensive. Prices of outdoor clothing have gone through the roof. If you have a deep pocket highly recommended

Good range of outdoor wear/equipment. Reasonably priced. Just off main shopping areas, so easy to miss.
