The worst post office ever, un organised post staff un trained, confusing, time wasting, not helpful and really stressed me out unlike the others I go. If your going abroad and need euros do not use them . The only person I could see that was nice and doing a good job and being helpful was the woman in the thorntons department so well done to her for helping .

This post office has conned my partner today when getting travel money. Made her withdraw cash then used incorrect rate. Disgusting, your supposed to be a postmaster not a thief. People trust you.

Here is a lesson in not labeling local shops as merely "convenient"! Yes, it's a post office and does have a Thornton's counter but is SO much more! There are carefully chosen gifts to suit any budget and an absolutely huge range of greeting cards - many sourced from small suppliers and so are just that little unusual. Sam, the shop manager is one of the friendliest and welcoming ladies whom one could hope to meet! There is no need to go into Leicester city center for anything they sell here.
Popped in as I was in the area and needed to get some stamps and other stationery. Service a little slow but overall not too much to complain about. Staff were friendly and could generally get most the basics you need.
My usual Post Office had closed due to Covid-19. I post a LOT of stuff due to the nature of my business & wasn't sure if I'd get the same level of service elsewhere. Dilesh & his team at Blaby were excellent, very professional & nothing was too much trouble - Faultless - Thanks, Lee.
All parcels bright and beautiful, all packages great and small, all staff wise and wonderful: the Royal Mail employed them all. Each little card that opens, each little card that sings, Hallmark made their glowing colors, and made their envelope wings.
I have been there for buy a anniversary card and gift, also found that they are now part of Thrompton. Staff were helpful and excellent service. Can't be more happier than that. : Five star to you.
