It was clean but don't put your £ in too close behind someone else cuz then the doors don't open and you have to pay to pee again!
There is an automatisch soap dispenser and water tap in one. So first comes the soap and then the water. But the water stops too soon. You cannot get all of the soap of your hands. When you want more water the machine gives first soap. So you have to move quick to not get the soap on you hands for more water. Very frustrating experience.

Total rip off… staff extremely rude, they think that raising their voices at tourists makes them understood. Save your £1 , find somewhere else to pee.
What is the point of this structure if is it closed at 1700 when thousands of tourists around and they have to queue on a automatic toilet? Tourists need a loo!
Paid toilet just behind the fish and chips stall. It is very important to have public toilet in this crowded place. It charge 1 pound to enter toilet complex and card system is not available. It is clean moderately. 1 pound entry fees and it looks like open 24/7.
Public Toilet on the a south Bank, short distance from London Eye. £1 entrance fee, and conveniently takes contactless payments, including Apple Pay. I had a positive experience, toilet was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Regular cleaning taking place, so all in £1 is not the end of the world.
Total rip off. They charge £1 a head so make thousands a day. Half the womens toilets are out of order. The mens are missing urinals and have buckets catching drips under others. Unacceptable
My sister paid £1 for toilet when she past gates the man from the service, he threw her out claiming that he had not paid.He was very rude and aggressive -I will only add that my sister was visible pregnancy. Disgusting!!!
£1 wich is ridiculous just go to the toilet. The toilet were filthy and attendants were extremely rude. If you walk for a few more minutes there other much nicer toilets.
