Very convenient in town shopping centre. Fits in well with other high street shops.  Close to bus and rail stations for good public transport.

Can someone remove the "shopping centre" words, please? It is ludicrous to call that a few small shops (none of them proper department stores)! Hertford is more or less a dump, and the local patriotards who claim to love their town should do more to help it develop. It turned into such a backwards and small ghost town, reeking of cheap provincialism and full of chavs nowadays...

It's a shopping centre, quite pleasant as shopping centres go with a Boots, WH Smiths, Superdrug, H&B, a couple of phone shops a frock shop  and a Waitrose which is closing this year because they don't like the multi story car park.
UPDATE: Waitrose has gone, and the other businesses are being evicted because the landowners have decided to 'enhance Hertford's town centre' by 'regenerating' the site to build the things that Hertford REALLY, really needs - yet another hotel and what a surprise, more 'Luxury Apartments'. Oh, and there's something about 'key anchor retailers' (chandler's?) and 'aspirational branding', blah, blah.
