This review is about Harvey Centre, Harlow, United Kingdom. I enjoyed visiting this mall while staying at Harlow. Your usual shopping Centre with a range of different shops for different sense of taste. Almost everything can be found here, it does appear outdated at some parts. Loads of possibilities for retail shops. The cinema upstairs, restaurants and leisure, coffee shops, Primark , Tesco, Wilko etc, but from outside, it’s not even inviting. With lifts, escalators, and stairs like any modern malls. Spacious, with disabled toilets and child changing rooms, not crowded, quite never had any issues going there. I enjoy my walks and shopping at this mall. Access to street level and water gardens by foot, as well as good direct access to the car park.

Good pleasant environment with plenty of food and rest options. Parking good but charged for.

Good shopping centre with everything you need. My review is about the Candyfloss machine next to the softplay, horrible and null customer service. My kids crying because they didn't get their candyfloss and my money lost because no one reply my messages and calls, even they watched the video and pictures. That machine definitely shouldn't be there, I bought twice in different days and both times didn't work. You can get better and cheaper candyfloss in Cards direct or donuts shop upstairs. Disappointed.

I went to pick up a cake, never again. I rather travel miles. Looks like a scene from a horror film,  dirty unkempt building inside and outside, stinks like mould and piss, and as a decoration by the entrance, crackheads galore doing their drug deals and weed smokers single mums with neglected babies. Have you ever seen a documentary of Skid Row? Very similar. Even the car park is subsidising, the whole experience was scary
