The doctors are really good. Never had a problem until this morning when I asked for a form which a receptionist had phoned to say it was waiting for my husband to collect. The lady who was on reception was highly incompetent. She admitted to not knowing where anything was and disappeared to fetch a doctor!!!! There was a huge queue behind me and many just walked out.
Just Awful.. Not even managed to see what the Drs are like as I have been trying to call the surgery for hours all day. Reception?.. No, lack of Receptoin. Terrible service so will look elsewhere for our GP.
Terrible service. Refused appointment for my 4yr old after she had an allergic reaction and told to go to a walk in centre despite calling 111 first and being referred. Told to come back for repeat prescriptions only for them to not be ready after leaving it all day before returning. Unhelpful staff. Long waiting time for appointments over an hour then no guarantee you will be seen. Sadly doctors are really nice….when you get to see them! On the hole a really stressful experience which fills me with anxiety every time
I’ve never really had a problem with the surgery until recently. Tried to explain a query I had regarding some mediation, only to be rudely spoken over and not listened to properly. I made it very clear that I didn’t like her tone and to speak to me properly!
Gotten worse and worse over the years. Now it's actually dangerous the service they are not providing. Can never get appointments and medication mix ups/ not prescribed. I'll be surprised if they pass their GMC and CQC inspections!
Absolutely hideous service. Been trying to get death certificate desceased saturday so that the death can be registered appointment all confimed was told paperwork would be at the register office oh no apparently it's in the queue and will be done at some point. Only 1 wasted journey so far from 35 miles away and the receptionist had a "yeah and" attitude. No common decency to let people especially beacuse of the distance travelled thankfully its not local to me as they clearly don't care 1 little bit.
I have been unable to register at the surgery yet due to having recently moved to the area. The receptionists, both on the phone and face to face, greeted me warmly and were very helpful. I saw a GP the same morning as a "temporary patient" having not been able to register yet. The GP, Dr Burton, was very reassuring and professional. The whole experience was as pleasant as it could have been, and my anxiety was put at ease by the wonderful staff.
I've never known a Surgery be so un contactable!,... And if you are lucky enough to get though... They Spend more time telling you what you can not do, etc by means of a pre recorded message / they do not reply by email if you ask them, and when I went in to sort a problem out with a member of staff at the reception Desk you get made to feel like you are wasting there time.....
There isn’t an option for NO STARS! Incompetent, rude staff…. Wait for hours to pick up a prescription then they tell you… oh we haven’t done it yet … can u come back tomorrow…. If your thinking of registering here…. DONT!!!
Excellent service: same day telephone call and face to face appointment despite the pandemic. Dr Batchelor was brilliant. Reception were friendly and helpful.Thanks.
