I would agree with all the negative comments and they have substance. I don't know how you can post a positive review about this place. All the posters with posting appraisal here remind me of the people who say our A roads are wonderful but will only travel on Motorways. Receptionists are very rude. You cant get an appointment to your choosing. I have even been in the position of asking for a particular GP and been told that he is not available indefinitely and the person behind me was told he was available. I am always offered 7.30 am or 3.30 pm. there is no other times available. Go elsewhere! if your looking for decent care. Was a great place but now its like the bottom tier of the NHS!

Anyone with a bit of commonsense should realize that the Health Service is in a bit of a fix and this is largely to do with funding - short on funds low on staff and higher demands - My Husband was taken into hospital this time last year and the speed and efficiency of the staff contributed greatly to saving his life and to his speedy recovery and they could not have been more helpful - ask me if I find it difficult to get through on the phone to the surgery the answer is yes - ask me if this is the norm with other Doctors Surgeries and the answer is yes - we need to be more mindful of the precious gift of the Health Service and maybe ask ourselves if we need that appointment for something trivial - I say thank to the staff of Willowbrook your have my gratitude - Veronica Andrzejewski

Much appreciated contribution of Dr Ellis and Dr Asiya Maula in the surgery. Im glad to change my surgery. The only thing which needs to be fix is reception. There is usually long que and only one receptionist is there to help. Self arrival notication screen is mostly out of order so have to stay in que.please try to arrange some alternative. Nurses are very helpful.

I'd give no stars if that was an option for this place. The 'service' is appalling - you cannot get hold of them by phone. Ringing for several days now, either get the message 'closed for staff training', 'we are experiencing high call volumes please call back later' or just a dead ring tone. There are no appointments for almost a month. The website is a joke with links to book an appointment taking you to a forms page. They acknowledge on the website there are phone issues and to please 'be patient at this time' - how about offering another way to get in touch with you for people who work during the day and can't walk in to the place to find out what on earth is going on? It's 2017, maybe look in to providing an email address??

My local Doctor's surgery. The car park gets used by parents picking up and dropping off children at the school next door. But otherwise has plenty of parking.
