My honest reviews, the worst gp I have ever been registered in my life.nDeliver wrong information. The receptionists at the call centres are clueless about booking certain types of appointments. They will give you different answers each time you call.nUnreliable too. The monitor in the waiting area is not working 90% of the time. You find not receptionist at the desk available. No appointments available when booking online through Airmid app I waited a year to give a review didn't want to misjudged thinking that they might improve on their shortcomings but I see no progress. Basically I have negative experiences each time I contact them. Nothing works at this gp.
Upon my visit here unfortunately the nurse advised as I was looking to get my bloods taken a GP would have to approve this. I was quite frustrated as I had taken time off work however the manager at Willowbrook managed to organise a same day GP phone call which i really appreciated.nnToday 30th September I was booked in to see Debbie the nurse at Springfield Rd Health Centre. She was absolutely amazing! I informed her what happened to me yesterday at Willowbrook and she went out of her way to get another nurse to assist with taking my bloods even though my appointment was only meant to be a routine.nnCan I please ask for this feedback to go back to her and let her know how appreciative I am. She was very helpful, warm and informative.nnIf only all nurses could be so helpful as her. Thanks once again and please ensure she is recognised for her exceptional service.
Normally hate going to the surgery, the reception staff are generally rude and unprofessional. However, my most recent appointment was a pleasure. I got lucky and was welcomed by the only empathetic receptionist at the surgery, before meeting, for the first time, possibly the best nurse in Britain for my check-up. Unlike most medical professionals, she was friendly, attentive, thorough and over all extremely professional. Thank you Lala.
The appointment process at this GP is very slow and inefficient. It often takes an excessive amount of time to get an appointment, even for routine issues. This makes accessing timely medical care frustrating. The practice needs to improve its booking system and overall efficiency.
Terrible after numerous attempts to obtain gp appointment at willowbrook. I ended visiting a private gp at the health suite costing £70. Upshot is i needed to see gp & need various tests. This letter was sent electonically to surgery explaining this. On calling the surgery over a period of several days, they say letter was never received & as usual no appoimmtments. I called health suite to check letter had been sent & it was she also resent it. This led to me having to call 111 to get to see a gp. Shame on you willowbrook health centre for being so unhelpful. Please for the sake of your patients look at the service you are offering
