Went in to browse on a Saturday morning, no intention of buying anything. Went back in the afternoon to buy a road bike. Exceptional service from the guys and a warm welcome from Dylan the dog! Really well priced bikes and equipment. A proper local bike shop
I called in on spec to have my bike checked as I was travelling north on the LEJOG ride. Levi and his colleague were super friendly and helpful. They attended to the bike, pointed me in the right direction for lunch, and I was back an hour later to collect. The chain and back brakes were replaced and a good clean of the gears. I was so grateful that they were flexible to fit me in without notice and get me back on the road as new to begin the Scottish section of the ride! Exceptional customer care! Thank you so much guys!
Brilliant bike shop and staff - After 2 days touring in the soaking rain, it was great to call in and get a little TLC on my bike, stock-up on some snacks and have a brilliant freshly-ground coffee. And always nice to have people asking about my bike! Ego stroked :
Cycling around the coast and my rear cassette worked itself loose on Saturday afternoon. Dropped in on the off chance that someone could tighten it back up, and got a fantastic service from Richard & Tino, who not only sorted out the problem but also gave the bike a quick check-over too! GREAT SERVICE, approach & attitude shown by both of the guys. Loads of accessories, gels, and repair bits too, so had a little stock up to! Massive thanks so much to an LBS who clearly train their staff to care - just a shame that I live 240 miles away so unfortunately not my local bike shop, but I wish it was.
This is an unusual 5 Star review. Last Saturday we were stranded on Market Street on the one way circuit trying to rejoin Cycle Route 72 - day 2 of our coast to coast adventure via Haydrian’s Wall. Trying to navigate the one way system on a busy Saturday morning was unpleasant and we had stopped on Market St to access what to do. We were approached by a tall guy asking if he could assist us. He introduced himself as Levi and he told us he owned BikeSeven. We explained our predicament and he said hang on I’ll direct you to the park. He went to his shop and returned on a Cube E-bike. He took us to the other side of the city and pointed out the park bridge over the river and wished us an enjoyable trip. Levi we thank you for your help, assistance and we will not forget your kindness. Carlisle is so lucky to have such a decent man living in their city. Thank you ever so much and for offering me the chance to try the new Cube E-bike. So if you are looking for top advice from a decent young man please go to his bike shop. Tell him Nick & Laurel recommended him to you. All the best.
Absolutely amazing service by Levi and the team at BikeSeven Market Street as always. Was ready to set my bike on fire and melt it down into candle holders but they got it back running perfectly in no time and for the most minimal cost. I Wouldn’t use any other LBS!
So far can't fault the Service. They ordered me the correct sized jacket, awaiting notification to try&buy if it fits....
Absolutely wonderful! Fixed up our inner tube within an hour even though the member of staff was on their own and had other customers. Astonishingly cheap too - only £9 for the tube and fitting. Great range of stock in the store as well including rental electric bikes! …and a lovely friendly dog too! Got us off to a cracking start for our Coast to Coast along Hadrian’s Wall. Many thanks!!
Took my bike in for some checks and tuning. Excellent service, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Great team, always helpful and great for bike servicing too. Also helped out on a drop in "emergency"! Can't recommend enough!
