I had a flat, took the wheel in loose. Informed I was a mechanic and just needed something to get me 250miles home. Didnt need premium air... I mean nitrogen on a £300 quid jazz . Wouldn't even pop the wheel back on for me. Absolute shambles. No customer care. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.

Awful service! Will never use again. I’m currently at another tyre garage waiting for my vehicle to be fixed, they were willing to help in an emergency. I’ll now be able to get my elderly client to her grandson’s funeral, but no thanks to ATS Wigton. Sometimes pulling out the stops and helping others is all it takes to make a big difference to somebody’s day.

Phoned this place today 3/6/23 for puncture repair or tyre can’t do either not even when or if they could ever do it stay clear if in this area very helpful place 12 miles along road in Mary port bt tyres

Useless. On holiday and need a quick tyre change, was so unhelpful and unbothered we just left. Don’t bother

I can only speak of my experience which was the belief that my car needed oil and I didn't know which oil or where it went. I called in and asked for some information to help. The mechanic checked my car and was going to put oil in it for me but found that it didn't need any. They didn't charge me anything and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing how to do this basic of facts.

Was looking to get my tracking done after the front sub frame was removed due to clutch replacement. To then have my time wasted by being told that they could not do the job as the ABS sensor light was active, replacing a sensor does not affect issues with tracking as it's just a wheel removal. Then I asked about the ABS job and it became a pantomime with embellished fancy terms used for the part and disclaimers of we don't do electronic devices, I am no mechanic nor am I a mug! Had to wait a long while for a price via a phone call and if I wanted the job done it could be booked in for sometime near the end of the month over three weeks away. I would have been driving for far too long in a vehicle with extreme tracking issues that affects its road safety. The job was too expensive and I got it done elsewhere as well as the tracking.

Friendly staff replaced my tyres with the ones I wanted at a good price.

cannot thanks the gents at ATS Wigton enough! made 18 calls to different suppliers so that they could ensure our car was not off the road! fixed the slow puncture as well in one of the tyres it was the first Tesla they had in and they did a superb job: yes its out of the way given we live in Carlisle don't let me start on the one in Carlisle!
