It's the only place I go to for Trousers and Jeans, but also sell some great Tops and Shirts. Customer Service has always been above Excellent with all members of staff there. Always feel welcomed and I always recommend them to others.

Big & Tall is supposedly open from 9am-5:30pm on a Monday (like every other shop). I went and there was a sign saying "Back in 15 minutes." This wasn't an issue as I had other shopping to do, but when I went back in about half an hour (at 4ish) the sign was gone, the lights were off, and the door was locked. Good luck doing business if this is how you operate your store.
