I can not speak highly enough of the service I had this evening when exchanging an item in Dorothy Perkins in Hanley shopping centre . The manager of the store went out of her way to ensure I received  what I required and the two other ladies in the store were exceptionally helpful too. It really does make me reassured that there are people out there that go above and beyond to ensure that members of the public are happy with the service they receive.   I can guarantee that I will be shopping in the store more often due to the kindness and warmth I received tonight. Thank you so much, words can not describe how I feel. Clare

They used to have such nice clothes and great prices. Now a whole lot of rubbish at ridiculously expensive prices. No wonder its going bust. People can't afford it. Definitely not Shopping from here. Avoid.

I don't shop here very often anymore as there's so many other shops to choose from but always tend to Pop on when sales are on

No one was on till but they quickly came to serve after 5 minutes. Great service anyways
