I have been coming to this dentist for numerous years and can honestly say that they are the best dentist I’ve ever been to, I have a phobia of dentists and have to work myself to go every 3 months, but when I go to see Jayne she always puts me at ease and talks about what she is going to do or advises me on other things. I still cross my fingers and feet I don’t know why as I always come out smiling and the receptionist are always so nice, I have recommended the practice to my neighbour who has a fear of dentists. Well done all of you for making my time there a happy one
Seen at short notice. Practice Manager is very professional. One of their Dentists, Hanish and his Practitioners were perfect. The Dentist was a breath of fresh air, personable, knowledgable, friendly and made my visit an excellent experience.
My husband and I have used this practice for years. They are professional, polite and always very helpful. Our dentist Dr Jayne Hughes is the best dentist we have ever been treated by. We worry before every visit that she has moved on - but having not met the other dentists within the practice, we are unable to say whether they too are excellent.
Just to pass on my thanks to firstly the reception staff for getting me in at very short notice and secondly to Jayne for her professionalism and care to a very nervous dentally phobic patient! Thank you.
Can't praise this practice enough. I am extremely anxious about dentists. After my 1st visit I felt at ease about my treatment plan. For me to actually go for treatment was a massive step. Thankyou to the dental surgeon and all the staff for helping me to achieve this. My treatment is now ended just regular check ups which I will have no hesitation in attending.
Went for initial checkup. Was told I needed a filling. I told the dentist i had a phobia of needles but he totally disregarded my concerns, he was too busy trying to impress his young dental assistant. Avoid. The reply says it all, took a year to reply and my name isn't Mike. Useless springs to mind
This is a lovely friendly dental practice. I have always been anxious and very very nervous on dental visits in the past ever since the horrors of the school dentist. After all these years of trying different dentists, both NHS and private, I’ve actually found a dentist I trust. The nurses are friendly and caring too. Also, I must mention the receptionists. They often get bad press, but they are really nice n very helpful. Overall, an excellent practice.
I am very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, I went here for emergency treatment as my filling had fallen out and the tooth had broken, they were very good with me, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the dentist was very good and put me at ease by explained everything to me, I would definitely recommend this practice, they are really good with nervous patients.
Needed emergency treatment straight away as I wasn't registered at any dentist, saw me, gave treatment needed. Everybody lovely and really helpful . Only thing parking is Abit of a pain as there isn't alot of room, and all staff use the parking spaces available which focused me parking on the road blocking the dentist sign.
Very disappointed with reception staff and dantist nurses they are rude and ignorant As private surgery they suppose to look after clients And if i raised inquiry or complaints they said if you sont like something door is there and you can always go somewhere els I was standing outside after call waiting to let me in But receptionis was pretending she dont see me siting and facing window towards me Very ignorant
