Baltic Staff Builders provides their property and construction services across UK and EU. We have been established since 2004 and in that time have continued to carry out a high standard of work.
Our employees have been fully trained and have been in the industry for many years.

TRUST MARK (Government Endorsed Standards)

Baltic Staff Ltd. is a TrustMark Approved Scheme Operator.

TrustMark is a government-backed initiative supported by trade associations within the
construction industry and consumer protection organisations, helping consumers find reliable and trustworthy
tradesmen to carry out repairs and improvements to their homes and drive up standards. TrustMark Ltd
approves trade associations and industry groups who can demonstrate that they meet a strict code of conduct.

European Builders Confederation (EBC)

European Builders Confederation is a group of national building federations representing small and medium sized building businesses among the member states of the European Union and Switzerland. The Confederation represents some 350,000 building employers.
Throughout the year EBC has the task of monitoring EU activities and keeping members informed about forthcoming legislation, projects and other issues. With its network of experts originating from our member organisations, EBC establishes its position papers, which are then validated by the national organisations and defended jointly in Brussels and before national governments.
The EBC aims to raise standards in business management and technical application throughout its European membership and will put forward the agreed collective views of any member nation to the European Commission for further action.

Federation of Master Builders (FMB)
The Federation of Master Builders (FMB) is a UK trade association established in 1941 to protect the interests of small and medium-sized building firms. As of 2011, it is the largest trade association in the UK building industry. The FMB is an independent, non-profit-making, lobbying for members' interests at both national and local levels. With three other trade associations, it is represented on the UK government's Strategic Forum for Construction through the Construction Alliance.
Only those builders and specialists who have passed the vetting process are accepted as members.
