Stradey Park Hotel is an independently owned 4 star Visit Wales assessed hotel located in the heart of Llanelli. The hotel affords stunning views over Carmarthen Bay and the Gower Peninsula.



"The Parc Spa at Stradey Park Hotel is a wellbeing spa integrated with holistic therapies. The spa includes a sauna, hot tub, copper tub treatment, tropical rain room and treatment and relaxation rooms. Offering an extensive range of treatments, such as, massage, facials, Reiki, hot stones massage, oncology massage, pedicures, manicures and much more. We only use our bespoke range of organic products for all treatments. There is also a beautiful conservatory area providing delicious afternoon tea whilst using the spa."

From start to finish our spa experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The massage was just heaven. So much so my sister fell asleep during hers! Thank you girls for the awesome massages Facilities were spotless and even though there were other ladies using the spa it never felt over crowded and still felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves. 2 very happy sisters and we will be returning very soon!
Booked a spa day for my daughters 16th birthday. We both had a facial and a back and shoulder massage. All staff are friendly and helpful and everything is well explained. The place is clean and tidy. Treatment rooms are up stairs and a little walk away from the spa. The spa area is small with a jacuzzi inside and outside. Rain room and dry sauna only. The treatments were amazing, very good and professional and both my daughter and I loved them. 4 starts because the food menu is very limited for the spa.. would of loved a salad or some healthy food...instead only sandwiches was bacon etc.. and came with chips. So a healthier range of food would be great. Also there is only 1 shower in the ladies changing area. So in the afternoon when time to leave there was a que of 8 ladies waiting for the shower..some even went and used to mens shower. We didnt wait and went home for our shower but it would be nice to see alot more showers. All in all an amazing day loved it and my daughter had the best birthday ever. Will be back.
It's the second time we've been here for a spa day. Today was a birthday celebration, and Parc Spa did a great job. The staff are super friendly, the food gorgeous and the treatments very relaxing. I went for the fully body massage, and loved it. My partner also had a facial. The day was finished off with some gorgeous sandwiches and cakes. Loved it. I'm sure we'll be back again soon.
I was booked in for a spa treatment as a birthday present and I have to say it was fantastic from start to finish. The team were friendly and helpful, my massage was incredible thank you so much Kelly. I felt so relaxed during the entire day and I will definitely call again.
My wife had a facial treatment and a oncology massage on two separate days The treatment was brilliant totally relaxing and staff couldn't have done anymore even booked afternoon tea and lunch for us Will definitely be back soon Thanks to everyone
Well done Parc Spa on providing excellent treatment once again. I had a relaxation massage and could have slept for hours on the lush bed in the relaxation room. I fell asleep once I arrived home!! Thank you Jude and all the tram for my treatment. Will be back again soon!
Had a fantastic time in the spa at Stradey Park Hotel. It was my first time visiting but had a lovely time in the jacuzzi/sauna and reading my book and relaxing in the relaxation room. The staff were all lovely and my treatments were really delightful, we had afternoon tea as well which was freshly made and delicious. Was really great value for money, will be back!

A lovely spa day experience with friendly staff. Had the most amazing neck, back and shoulder massage.
Fantastic massage and very relaxing. Friendly staff and free Tea/coffee and water. Shame sauna was not working but outside hottub made up for it. Will definitely be going back.
