Not the first branch I've visited, but the same great range of designer clothes available as the others, with a good mix of different labels, and a layout that makes it easy to find what you are after. Prices range from reasonable to expensive depending what you are looking at, but there are definitely bargains to be had when clothes are on offer.
Visited today to exchange an online order of shoes with my son, the girl behind the counter was more than helpful, checking online and other branches for the replacement shoes, Outcome new shoes ordered and being delivered tomorrow. 5* all day long
I ordered boots and winter clothing. The boots were dirty with oily finger prints. Packaging was zero. The beanie hat was thrown on the shoe box. Not in a plastic bag or packaging to protect it. Awful experience.
Would give zero stars if I could. No customers in store, 5 staff stood about chatting and doing nothing while it took over half an hour of waiting for them to get a cap from the store room. Walked out without buying it, dreadful.
Placed order online with express delivery but did not even get dispatched so went instore to enquire at arndale centre and the manager there helped by phoning customer service and sorting the issue and gave the item instore after talking over the phone with the customer service! Was soo happy because it was for an occasion ! she was the most helpful manager I've come across. Thankyou
