Great location, high end fashion/brands. A place for people with luxury/expensive taste. Clean and tidy, very charismatic. I like the decor and atmosphere a lot. Fab and friendly staff. On weekends it would be a bit busy but it is still a good place to go to spend some time. I also like the open area in front of it, it seems relaxing and during a good day there will be many people!

I find this store super amazing, the staff member is been way more helpful than I thought. Don’t ask about the security team, they have been phenomenal especially they have got a security officer called Yaseen, he is the best security officer I would say amongst all. I love exploring Manchester. Thank you.

Ideal place if you are hunting for new perfumes. I've got bored of my XerJoff and found here my new fragrance. Not one but two. I'm really happy with the service which I got at Dior. Great recommendations for myself and gift for him. Another great purchase

Lovely store all lit up like a Christmas tree . It was after 6.30 when I went, staff appeared tired. I didn't appreciate staff looking through clothing rails and appearing from nowhere when I went down an Aisle??  It wasn't like this in London.. so I didn't part with my cash.. I'll go elsewhere, where I feel more comfortable and not made to feel like I'm being watched like a Scally!! They obviously don't know who I am and how much my panties actually cost!! #don't judge a book by its cover!

I was looking for the Prada bag all over London and found it here. The store lady was very nice. The toilet was too small and dirty though.

Very exquisite shop... all high end fashion/ brand shops. Extremely clean. For people with expensive taste. Went in for a mark Jacobs bag and was pleasantly surprised . It wasn't as dear as I thought it was goin to be.. many stores to choose from and a cafe in side for light refreshments

Ashley at the Byredo fragrance counter was extremely helpful in guiding me through the fragrances and sent me away with a few samples to think about. Was really good learning about some of the inspiration behind each fragrance.  Some of the other staff members around the other displays were not very at attentive and just chatted amongst themselves

Can’t leave 0 stars  Be wary buying concessions. Having bought a ring, it broke within 2 wears 2 stones fell out Was returned for repair which then took 6 months. After it was finally returned, it broke again on first wear 12 stones fell out- structure must’ve been weakened during repair as was out of shape. A refund was agreed and the ring returned in January. Still haven’t received a refund and it’s March. Can’t seem to get any sense out of anyone. Ring returned 12 weeks ago and owed £1200. No one seems to be able to refund me the money.

I suffer from horrendous anxiety and did not want to go in this shop, but I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman called James on the Mac counter. Thank you, James! Glad they're putting males on the makeup counter, so much better for people like me.
