Second time there for a meeting. Parking lot cannot contain many vehicles. Very hot in the summer, stone cold in winter. Nice reception.
A beautiful venue for our special day. Karyn and her team looked after everything, we could not have asked for more. The setting is wonderful and a lot more personal than a registry office. Highly recommend this venue. Thank you again Karyn, Tracie and Kirsty, cannot thank you enough.

The service provided by Karen Scott and her team at the Active Business Centre is first class. The reception and message forwarding is highly professional and client friendly. The building and grounds are beautiful and inside the premises are clean, tidy and welcoming - giving clients and tenants a first class experience. I cannot recommend the service highly enough. Completed two days IT training at this great location. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The sandwich lunch was perfect and endless tea and coffee! Wi-Fi worked perfectly, always a plus with IT training and loads of car parking spaces. Projector etc., provided worked very well. I’d use them again when next in the area. Attended an event here, it's not particularly well signposted, actually drove past it twice. Very limited spaces for parking. The interior is very nice, room used for the meeting was nice.
Set in the stunning St Andrews Castle and located in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, the Active Business Centre is the place to be for all your conferencing needs. With 3 conferencing rooms to suit all types of meetings, complimentary refreshments, as well as wi-fi/LCD projector and flip charts included as standard. Being centrally located it's also ideal if travelling by bus or train as the stations are but a few minutes walk away. There are 18 parking spaces available for conferencing use at the business centre, this can be confirmed when booking or enquiring. Catering can also be provided with all dietary needs covered. Staff are on hand to answer any questions or queries either by phone, email or via the website. As a small business, customer satisfaction is the highest priority and the Active Business Centre ensures that's all their guests receive the best service possible
What a pleasant place .Tracey and Kim the receptionists went over the call of duty , and kept us hydrated and made us feel very welcome . We were at said place for a school appeal . Really difficult to get people who are always smiling but this place two . Peter went through everything with us . What a gent
