Refreshing Change Getting a car from Beoley Garage is not your usual car buying experience. Large indoor showroom where all the cars are spotless and shown off to their best, you are not hassled by any showroom staff allowing you to look round at your leisure and you are not pushed into anything or made to feel under pressure by the knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Lynda in particular goes that extra mile to make sure you have all the information you need and her after-sales service is second to none. I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else to buy a second hand car.

" Zero Stars - Completely and utterly disappointed,non-committal and gives poor excuses to fob you off" Having purchased a car from this garage, which seemed in good working order & condition actually turned into being an absolute nightmare. From the get go the car had mechanical issues, which their mechanic "Could Not Diagnose" correctly. It took 3 attempts and in the end one of their team could see the issues I was facing. A repair was carried out, albeit by a mechanic who did not really know what he was doing and seemed confused by the parts provided from a local supplier. To say alarm bells were ringing was an understatement! The repair was carried out but not to a satisfactory level, as there were clear issues immediately. Again these issues were refused and I was told it was normal with a new part having been fitted, and that potentially i had caused the damage. Finally, I complained and attempted to reject the vehicle which of course was refused. A third party had to be involved to "Prove" that there was a fault with the vehicle. It was diagnosed that the issue was still apparent and that the repair carried out had not fixed the fault, this result proved that I was right all along. Once the diagnoses came in, it had taken almost 6 weeks to get a resolution and to have my finance agreement cancelled. This meant I was unable to get another vehicle during this time which caused massive issues personally. Moral of this story, they may seem like nice, friendly staff but the moment anything goes wrong, then they are terrible and will not admit to anything. It seems they never take responsibility for any actions and look to blame the customer for getting involved, or using his information as a decoy to take away the fact that they are trying to scam customers. (not only my review states this) I would never "EVER" recommend anyone buying a car from this company, Unless they want to go through the same troubles I did. 16/03/2018 As i said, and as they proved in there response. They take no responsibility and look to blame the Customer by declaring false information . Well done you!!!! Point Proven!

Took a vehicle on Sunday with an easy and honest sales process, payment method was flexible also. Fault on vehicle reported to Beoley Garage on Monday morning (electrical/alternator/dead battery) and wouldn't start nor jump start. New battery delivered and fitted next morning as promised (12 miles away). Electrical issue persisted (alternator as suspected). Courtesy car was offered during the 48 hour turnaround for the fix. Fingers crossed for the upcoming winter! A pleasant yet efficient sales process, followed by trustworthy and fully compliant after-sales support, means that I would highly recommend them. Thank you Lynda and James. Hopefully I don't need to see you again for at least a couple of years!

I recently got my car from this garage and i thought the service was amazing. From the first conversation i had over the phone enquiring about a car all the way through to when i was leaving it was professional, friendly and i cannot fault a single thing. The lady who was helping me (linda) went above and beyond to help find me the best deal and explained everything so clearly to me. I would 100% go back to this garage again if i was thinking about getting another car.
