I too had a similar issue with a cake and I think she has just up and left Alison,  yes the registered address is Slater Road, Bentley Heath which co-incidentally is where a new cake/coffee shop has opened and guess who owns it? When Annette moved out there was a lovely team of girls and a young lad in the shop area he was so friendly and made me want to buy from the shop, he then went? Then I had another cake and I wish I would have taken pictures the worst cake Ive ever tasted and an utter disgrace, Elle's attitude stinks and I was advised - "You should have bought it back" How could I bring it back I was in Scotland and the cake was cut up.  Looking at all the other reviews not just on here but across other sites the similar thing happens, no wonder she didnt last in Boldmere.  I would URGE EVERYONE not to buy or do anything with Bentleys Coffee Shop the coffee is horrible and the service is simply shocking - I had to go visit. Please do take a look at all reviews - its actually very shocking.
