Thank you to the Friendly Staff. And to the Lady who let me bring in my Daughters Miniature Daschund. So kind I have taken him in there quite a few times to socialise him. Never on a Saturday, thank goodness he was good. Thank you everyone that makes it Frieand welcoming.
Friendly and professional every time, hence 5* Layout after refurb more like bingo club ; than cosy coffee shop, but it is clean.

Friendly staff nice interior good varied menu the cakes looked delicious. Parking: Few car spaces at the front of the cafe. Wheelchair accessibility: On the level small ridge but wheelchair capable and spacious seating.

Standard model Costa next to Sainsbury's in Dorridge. Loads of seating and space. Only one server when I was there but she did a great job despite how busy it was. Not my favourite coffee but ok.
This costa used to be a lovely experience but since the refurb, it now sounds like a school dinner hall when busy, very, very loud. Even though the staff are still the best from any costa, it now feels like a cheap cafe.
Nice, quiet, great place to catch up with friends
Costa is a good place to go. However the staff should be part of that experience, and this is where they have failed. Stroppy miserable looking girls where everything really did seem an effort. I really hope it's a one off.
