Feels absolutely like a complete and utter maze in there! Full of mirrors and lack of exit signage it's an absolute nightmare trying to find one's way out of this store!! Avoid unless you want an assault on the senses!!!

My favorite place in Kingston!! Everything you need under one roof :-)
However, one little thing that really bothers me whenever I go there is the horrendous smell of the Yo- Sushi Restaurant throughout the entire shopping mall!! 
Ruins the experience a little bit but still love Bentalls!

Nice shopping center, but seriously in need of a parking payment app, the lines for the machines at closing time are outrageous. Simple fix, work on it!

nice place!!  i like shopping there the most. daily from monday-friday it usually closes around 6 but thursday 9pm.

Not impressed with Black Friday shopping. Stuff 10 to 20% off but original prices not labeled on merchandise. I found Mothercare very good value as they had discounts up to 60%.
