Very large store great varietynnIt lost a star because directions to the men's clothing section were completely wrong on the signage.nnIf you like spending hours looking through thousands of items that seem to have no layout as to where to find them, then you will love this store, for the person who likes order and structure then go in at your own risk.nnI've scored it 4 out of 5 as you can get a bargain here if you have the time to sift through the not so good value itemsnnDisabled access is a bit awkward in places as some areas are narrow, for example, by the shoes and considering the size of the store that is avoidable as they have lots of room.
Great shopping experience today, found men's trousers and shoes and we particularly appreciated the help of a lad called Abs that assisted us in finding what we needed. Also the lady in the fitting rooms was super polite and helpful. We shopped around 4 pm today.
Writing this review in the queue, the queue has more than 15 people in and there is just 2 people serving, I understand how busy it can get but if ur short staffed employ more people. Or call the ones on the shop floor coz it’s not nice waiting 10 whole minutes in a queue that’s barely moving with 2 items. I don’t blame the staff. I blame the managers and district managers

Most unpleasant and most unhelpful stuff. I’m visiting this shop occasionally as they have a good choice of stock only because of this I can’t give one star but every time it comes to deal with the cashier or customer support they are most unpleasant and most unhelpful. Very poor management as on the weekends when is the most busy they have only few tills open and queues up to 20-30min.nCould not say the same about other shops I’m visiting in Kew or Isleworth. They are always helpful and friendly with good management.
