As a woman I have been overcharged at other garages but the quote they gave me here was very reasonable - I will admit I shopped around! It did not cost a penny more than quoted, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely be using them again. And I will highly recommend to others

After contacting and asking about their poor review, I asked questions, I decided to give them a job to do; take out and replace an injector on my Kia car. This they did successfully in a time frame which I was able to specify, they went out of their way to ensure the injector was correctly programmed into the cars computer and working properly. I then gave them a second job regarding the braking system on a Kia car which a family member uses and the advice and detailed explanation given by Paul was first class; the job was carried out without any problems at all and the price paid was reasonable. We shall be using Lowestoft Car and Commercial again, keep it local. Thanks to Paul and his team for excellent work.
