The worst online shopping experience that has ever happened to me in my life. According to them, the courier was responsible for the failure to deliver my package, but after asking them to get my order back, they told me it was out of stock. Totally dishonest.

Disgusted! Slippers fell apart within 6 weeks and their customer service is NON existent. Apalling. Gave me incorrect returns information and I had to contact ebay and paypal in order to attempt getting my refund. I strongly reccomend DO NOT order from this shoddy company.

Ordered a pair of ladies Earth Spirit Navy Boots at 3.44pm yesterday - have been notified when they left warehouse, when in transit and what time they would be delivered by Hermes today.-  arrived well within the timescale notified  - less than 24 hours from ordering - excellent service all round from Bells Shoes - will certainly look to them again.   Many thanks
