Excellent service, Really helpful staff checked stockroom for shoes as size not on display, then ordered the correct ones whilst I was in the store. Coming to store Weds, so easy ! Thanks. Such lovely friendly staff.

Lovely polite quick service today from two lady employees , one on a till who dealt with my refund, and another who collected my order !
It's not a bad shop if you are a size 14 or under. There is one shop assistant there who is lovely & helpful & always gives you a cheerful answer. The others just seem to be there to model the clothes!
Employees are more than happy to help with providing any information or assisting in anyway. Sizing is well catered for myself but noted that size 12 is more available that size 10 or 14. A good store full of various clothing styles
New look have very nice clothes but I am a size 20 and they do not have that size. Also I am allergic to Polyester hailing from abroad and like every other chain store, it is crawling with the stuff!
Very helpful assistant the woman who served us was very helpful.
New Look Buxton you can get a good bargain there I've got plenty on sale and lots to choose from my wife was just with a lovely jumper and a nice shirt all for under 20 quid
Always an offer on. Wish there were more products but understand they have limited space
There is a lot of choice good price but there are to many close,s standards with a push chair or wheel chair
