Story

Based in the town of Kirkham, not far from Preston and Blackpool, the Bell and Bottle is a great place to bring the family or catch up with friends. We offer great value for money on both our extensive pub food menu and specials board. We have numerous facilities that will make your visit with us even more pleasant. Enjoy your favourite drink in our beer garden and terrace whilst the kids entertain themselves in our children’s play area. Our aim is to provide the best service possible; we do our utmost to ensure that you, the customers, are always happy, and if it means catering to a specific dietary requirement or helping you get the finishing touches when organising a group booking, we have no qualms in doing so. Have been a few times to the Bell and Bottle. We have enjoyed our meals in the past but last time we went we were disappointed. My meal had ingredients missing and had to ask for them to be added and considering it was only a salad was poor and some of the salad was also bad. My fiances was quite tasteless and he said the meal which was the same as we have at Morrison's was far better than the meal he had there!! Really disappointed as it was a special day for us and went there specially.

Reasonable food and very cheap. Two meals for £11.95 ! But Hunter's Chicken should have had pork scratching and cheese sauce Instead had peppers or chillies in it, not good for my wife! Mini corn on the cob had nothing to hold it with, tried my fork and just caught it from hitting the floor, a cocktail stick would have done ! No one checked we were okay, had to grab a girl in passing to let her know, not a lot of interest.

Day: New Years Day (2018). Time: Around 7pm. Food was nice, but not as good as usual. Atmosphere was good, not too busy or crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant visit.

O dear..we are a group of two couples ..every wknd we try somewhere new ..two of us always have carvery or Sunday roast two are more experimental..we arrived at 4 15 the carvery was empty no potatoes or yorkies little meat little veg..and could hear a war in the kitchen we apparently we were late ?Had we come earlier there was plenty! So be aware of a time limit? Nope we don't have a clue Will not be returning

You can take your dog, though only the bar area (there are a couple of tables in that area) Food and drink was good and a reasonable price.
