Excellent gin factory tour. On arrival greeted by a friendly receptionist and provided with a nice cucumber flavoured gin cocktail. Then a half an hour or so, self discovery historical museum tour. After this, met by a very amiable tour gin guide who provides a tour of the distillery, botanicals stores and stills etc. Final a very pleasant hour or so at the on-site gin bar, sampling a variety of Beefeater gins and chatting with the guide and other members of the tour. Try the Beefeater Monday's gin which is extra distilled over the weekend...fabulous. Overall 1st class, highly recommended
I've been to many breweries and wineries, but this was the best exhibit I have ever attended. There was a beautiful and interactive museum that is self-guided before the tasting which takes about 30 minutes. Then someone will explain the ingredients of gin and have you do a tasting straight gin- so beware!, and then you see the facilities where they make the gin. One drink is included as well. A little off the beaten path and I would suggest taking a taxi here. Well worth it! Was definitely a highlight of our trip.
Great value. Very educational and fun! Our host Rob was awesome. 5/5 recommend going. If you don’t like gin, you will after this. Blackberry Gin & tonic changed my life.
This place was SUPER cool although a little hard to find. Highly recommend taking a tour if you're in the London area. Our tour guide Craig? was super friendly and entertaining, and he clearly knew what he was talking about. Free gin and tonic at the end was probably the best I've ever had. The tour did run a little long but only by about 10-15 minutes.
Lovely tour, we loved it! Our tour guideif Im not wrong Oliver was very knowledgeable and charming. The tour was engaging and educational since you learn about tgin, the ingredients, history...Overall great fun with a happy ending with a free gin & tonic. My favourite is the Garden Gin and this should not be limited edition only!
Went to this tour at the end of November, and what a PERFECT start to the holiday seasons. Really fun museum, incredible tour of the distillery, a tasting of five gins and finished off with a gin and tonic. Really superb visit. Oh, and the shop? Brilliant. Met with a mulled gin drink and the guy behind the counter Craig was just so knowledgeable and welcoming. A great trip out in London.
We shelled out the extra for the VIP tour and it was totally worth it. The tour was fun and interesting and the private VIP bar experience, for the tastings, at the end was awesome. So much fun we went to the bar up the street with our tour group after. Great afternoon!
The £25 ticket includes 30 minutes self-guided tour and then a guided part at the distillery, ending with tasting of 4 types of Beefeater + G&T drink. You can buy Gin in their store with 10% discount.
Absolutely loved the gin tour! Very interactive, informative and well organised. Our tour guide was also very charming and passionate about the brand which made it an even more enjoyable experience. This should be in everyone’s list when visiting London!
Love a good Gin. It's even better at Beefeater Distillery, London. Ollie who was the tour guide, told us a what to expect thought out the experience.. Ollie was brilliant, he showed enthusiasm and spirit. He went though the tasting with us which was really interesting and really fun. I really enjoyed the whole experience, I learnt the ways of Gin and had so much fun whilst doing so. It's a great experience! Definitely recommend this experience to any Gin fan. After the tour and tasting we had a G&T, sat back and took in the surroundings, a G&T in actual distillery.
