Avoid! Bought a van from these guys for a lot of money and several months on I'm still finding things wrong with it that date back to before I bought it. Spent thousands getting it to where it ought to have been when I bought it. The guy running the place is exceptionally rude and unhelpful and impossible to reason with. Cowboys.
Guy who answers the phone is a mug! When I'm in the area next I'm going to personally pay him a visit. Manners need to be addressed and he seems like a guy who could do with some time away. Do not waste your time with this company there a joke!!! Don't waste your money!!!
BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle off this company and after 5 days the engine completely seized up, the braking system needed repairing and it took them 2 months to collect the vehicle and refused to give me a refund, we are currently going through the courts in order to get a refund and shall be suing them for further damages & compensation, I urge you to avoid this garage at all costs. They are cowboys and have zero customer service or morals. Disgusting people!
Excellent service. I'm a lady owner and I popped in asked for help adding antifreeze to my Peugeot 107. James whose dad owns the garage was fantastic as I had a bad experience with a garage up the road initials KF and he sorted out my problem within 5 minutes he just added the antifreeze at no extra charge but I will definitely be back for my full service and will recommend the excellent customer service and this garage to anyone. I live locally and it's nice to find honest and hard working small garages still exist and also doing such big service for the community and surrounding areas.
SCAM. It's been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. I just had to get a mirror changed the whole part. They gave a pricing and asked me to leave the car. Then they called to say it was going to cost me 5 times more what they said in the first place and tried to blame it on me. Avoid this place, you have some other great cheap garages way better than this one in the area! They never even apologised for the trouble. They said "If you want, come pick up you car, because we are very busy" and hang up the phone. I was very patient and respectful with them all the time... Incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond. Dealt with the AA people who were being less than helpful; fitted us in with short notice and performed service and MOT on my vehicle. Gave clear concise information, kept us informed as to what was going on. Did only what needed doing to the car but advised us of issues that might need attention in the future. Really impressed with the staff and service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Special shout out to James who made the cost a lot less painful and the whole experience was positive.
Friendly and reasonable prices , more than happy with work done
Good , honest service so far. We went to view a van as we are expanding our current fleet, once I arrived there was no messing around I was handed the key and given a brief description of its history. Once I had looked around it and completed all your standard checks I agreed a price with the staff member presant at the time, paid a deposit and arranged for delivery, they told me it would be ready in 2-3 working days once an mot and service had taken place, sure enough I got a phone call 2 working days later to say they can deliver the van the next working day at a time that suited us which was very helpful as we are on a very tight schedule with work. Van delivery went smoothly , I paid the remaining balance and am very pleased with the personal service they provide. As an up and coming buisness I will definitely keep this company in mind when I need a new used van.
