I have recently had my Saab serviced by Frazer and Ray and can only say they are the most professional,knowledgeable and courteous people in the business. I had to drive over one hundred miles to get to them and it was worth the journey. I had a full service and had a list of minor issues which they addressed to perfection. My car feels like new now and was worth every penny spent,which may l add was very reasonable indeed. I will be getting any work l need doing on my car with these guys for a long as l have my car. Wow... What can I say that hasn't already been said before. Great service by Fraser today, he really does take the time to ensure the work is completed to the highest standard. Good, honest experts full of useful knowledge. The job took longer than expected as there was more work involved than previously thought, but Fraser honoured the agreed price which in today's market is rare. Give these guys a try  thanks again.

40 year old car serviced and safety checked by Mr Bagnall senior.  Turns out all the fixes were straightforward tweaks rather than component replacement - straightforward if you have the knowledge - meaning the cost was less than I was expecting.  Good news all round.

Oh mg gosh! I was really impressed by the team there. If they don't know something about Saab's, then it's not worth knowing. It's just a pitty really, that each time i go there, i'm always in a rush. I wish they were closer to me in Bedfordshire.
