This was my first visit but a great experience. On time and ready to accommodate the work required to resolve the findings. Went for MOT and in addition they did free wheel balancing check. Found the wheel alignment was out and when I requested them if they can accommodate me to rectify that there and then to save another visit, they agreed. Will not hesitate to recommend and thanks for great service.

It's hard to find a good garage these days, I would fully recommend pinpoint for a friendly reliable honest service and also value for money.

Good work would use again for mot but will make sure the price they originally give me is fixed an wont go up as i took it for a mot wer i knew it was gonna fail they gave me a price of £115 to fix the reasons why it failed then phoned me while having my car to tell me its gonna be an extra £45 cuz they have to spend an xtra 1.5 hours on the car..shouldnt they have known how long everything would take when 1st giving me the price to fix everything on the failed mot test paper..1st and only issue ive had with this garage every other tym ive went theyve been great
