Disgusting!!!! Service PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS! I had my van alternator changed yesterday they rushed ALL of the process as I reached home from the garage and it started smelling of something is burning! went back today morning and the man said I don't know why it's smelling of burning but I'll change the alternator was not fitted properly that's why he changed it otherwise he would not of done then he was asking me for extra money because he then whilst fitting the alternator he snapped the fan belt of which I only had that fitted 2 weeks ago!! So at the spit I had to purchase another belt out of my own pocket and he was asking another £20 to fit it if he fitted it properly in the first place there's was not going to be any problems I would not be using this place for my van or car the guy did not even once apologies for snapping the fan belt or even fitting the alternator incorrectly! Horrible people! (AVOID THESE COWBOYS!!)

Came here to get a new alternator, reasonable price tbf, customer service is really poorly, they fit my new alternator job done but unfortunately it wasn’t 2 hours later my engine warning light appeared but they was closed so couldn’t contact them for 2 days, so i went to a garage check why it was on ‘sensor heating circ’ ‘sensor 1 output too low’ I told them the problem they did not care they told me come back the next day which was Tuesday went there they said they will charge to find out my problem I told them I already know the problem they just did not listen they just cleared it but did not fix the job. Rude staff plus the lady in the reception really rude blaming me saying its not our fault. Will not advise nobody to come here not even my worse enemy

Fast efficient service didn't try to up sell diagnosed and charged accordingly cheaper than original quote

Great it's 3 months and I've had no problems with the reconditioned starter, if fact it seems better than ever as it seems to turn over at a faster speed then I remember it doing before
