The new owners really let us down. Having booked and paid for a seasonal pitch to be told, all seasonal pitch owners have to get their caravans off site by the first of April. This leaving us all with the dilemma of what to do. I had to travel hundreds of miles to put our caravan in storage. This left us without a summer pitch. We feel it was a con for the new owners to get on site to now build bungalows. Disgusting, watch this space.

We have just come back from here today. After reading some peoples reviews we was surprised how great this site was. Toilets were Immaculate and cleaned regularly plenty of hot water. The shop has everything you need while your there and also the grill bar does amazing food. The office staff were amazing friendly and very Very helpful. The fishing lake is well stocked and a great lake for starters and regular fishing men. We loved this site so much we booked again while we was there for next weekend. I would highly recommend this site for families 5***** Mark and Sandra Henley on Thames

A lovely campsite to go to very secluded and you can choose where to park lots of little nooks and crannies just squeeze into if you wish with a clubhouse fishing in season and a large children's play area all in all a good all-rounder site I'm not amazingly expensive

I have just returned after an 11 night stay and found this site perfect for my needs. Being out of season I had pretty much an entire field to myself, I didn't use the full compliment of the facilities, needing only the toilets/showers and washing up. Both were very good, I am surprised to read comments about the conditions of the toilets/showers as I found them immaculate. I will happily stay here again during my next camping trip to Dorset.....
