Worse auction house BCA have, not that others are much better. But this one in particular deceives customers with their essential reports. Just don’t buy from this branch. Total lies on description and appraisals and won’t even entertain your complaint. Will point black tell you to do one when challenged. No customer service skills whatsoever. If you’re gona throw your money away give it to RSPCA atleast the animals will be happy. AVOID at all costs. Don’t say you ain’t been warned.
200 mile recovery .. enjoyable road trip
I am deeply saddened by the lack of quality standard customer service this worldwide company has provided me. In this instance the customer service department, should be about listening and trying to resolve a customers problems, not make them worse. In this scenario, We refused a vehicle, as it was not operational and was not we where not willing to hand over our hard earned cash, for a pile of rubbish. However, the service, we received if you can call it service?! Was in the style of an autocratic dictatorship, which is not to listen, but tell the customer to pay with no if no buts and threaten us with debt collection agency, even though we refused the car and no money was exchanged and the vehicle was not as described. I would recommend Rebecca Chapman who works as a administration manager within the admin team at Wolverhampton, either learns how respectful listen to her customer and try in good faith to help customers. If you are not willing to do so. I am sure managing a lonely light house will be more fitting with your lack of customer empathy. This will ensure you will have no contact with humans and just use light signals. However, I fear you may blind them. BCA I think you need to modernise, we aren’t in the 80s anymore where you can threaten customers into giving you money if it doesn’t go your way.
Really enjoy collecting from here... so easy & staff unusually helpful don't normally get that level of help from BCA sites. Only downside is pedestrian access... if you do chance walking it's down the side of a dual carriageway, with no footpath... not the safest. I always get a taxi in.
Waiting to collect a vehicle. Very disorganised been waiting for over 2 hours and still refusing to provide the vehicle. I have all the information required. Staff do not seem to have any sense of urgency or keep you updated with anything. Disgraceful service
Will never buy from BCA WOLVERHAMPTON I bought KU13UMW on 26th January 2017 and came to collect on Saturday 11th Feb 2017 from London. When I get there driver side mirror was broken which was not mention when we bought vehicle online . I informed Stephanie she checked in the system and agreed to repair and promised to be delivered to London by next week Tuesday. Since that day i been chasing them she never came over phone ....and i been speaking to DAVID and he been telling me different stories part is coming will be delivered etc. Now after 9 day of payment vehicle is still with BCA Wolverhampton and i been told that will be delivered end of this week. Please can you explain me how come this is fair? If we delay to collect vehicle you guys charge is storage charges and now what about us because of BCA fault i am suffering and going through stress.
Bca Wolverhampton the worst branch this is the second time bought a car from here with few issues which was never mentioned on the report, also the Bodywork is so bad half of it not mentioned on report, got gearbox issues. Whoever is doing the report on cars it's just not right faults should be mentioned as well as Bodywork report should be showing all damages.
Speedy turn around and excellent communication over lockdown
Called 2 hours ahead of arrival, still had to wait another hour for my car to become available. Shouted at by security guards for removing stickers they placed on driver's door mirror, obstructing the view. Wouldn't go back if they paid me to.
Plenty of car parking space when you want to visit or to buy cars. The food is good quality. But the sausages are not amazing but the highlight is their door stop thick bread slices that they use for sandwiches to beans on toast. I've been there plenty of times it is always welcoming and always staff around to ask questions and help you out.
