These people are really helpful and stock lots of great products, I was like a kid in a sweet shop!! I have bought glazes, equipment, clay and a lovely kiln from here. Sat nav directions weren't great but now I know where they are, I will make any excuses for a trip to the shop

Disaster of a company. I've never dealt with such incompetence. I ordered a potters wheel as a surprise birthday present for my wife. We ordered it 2 weeks before her birthday to make sure it arrived on time.It was to be forwarded to our freight handlers. It never arrived and we missed the surprise. My children were devastated as they had been building up to this surprise and had bought here teaser presents to the build up of the wheel arriving. When i contacted them they said that they had had some problems with their suppliers. Yet didn't take the time to let us know. So after 2 months it still hasn't arrived. they claim it was sent yet haven't given any proof of postage, nobody seems to take responsibility . I would definitely recommend buying elsewhere. This is typical of a business that runs an online shop but hasn't really got their heads around the nuts and bolts of customers ordering online. I remember years ago when this was just a small shop in Bath where there seemed to be some sort of respect for their customers. Shame....
