Very rude to customers who give them a chance to price over other suppliers although we have been account customers for 20 years plus business is  OK if you want to pay extortionate prices for camping gear my advice forget rude local choose Amazon or eBay next day delivery for free not happy money back unlike this lot with the boss from hell feel deeply sorry for the staff who work in this environment  would make a great scene for a Ricky Gervais comedy show experience it yourself banksi got away with it in Weston-super-Mare making everyone feel miserable
