Excellent place. Staff are keen, knowledgeaable and friendly, all animals looked to be in excellent condition, with no overcrowding or signs of disease among the fish. 10/10 would buyfrom here again.

We have visited the MSN store on numerous occasions and each time we have needed some help and advice, the staff have been fantastic.  Nothing is too much trouble and as this is our first dog (who is a rescue) we don't feel embarrassed asking questions. They are full of knowledge and are willing to share it with us. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Sorry but...Some staff friendly some not so much. Different opinions of how many fish we can keep in our tank given within one week by 2 different staff members. The second could have been friendlier! Overall inconsistent service & had to ask for help due to 3 members of staff busy chatting together. Felt I was interrupting. I think the shop was better when previous manager was in place a couple of years ago, he gave the shop a good reputation.

A shame i don't usually use this store but today i went in to purchase rabbit food. A young girl in there was very helpful and took an interest. However the other girl at the til was some what unfriendly and her facial expressions says it all

Excellent staff, helpful, kind and caring.  Good range of products and easy to park.   I probably shop there 2/3 times a month.
