A 240 mile round trip to Batchelors to collect my new car but certainly worth it. If only all cars dealers made buying a car so pleasant and professional. Competitive prices, good trade-in value, friendly staff and excellent communication. Many thanks to Dana who sold me the car and to the staff who prepared it as the presentation was excellent.

My Car was recalled by Mitsubishi to rectify a fault. Ripon Mitsubishi completed this work and on completion presented me with a service report stating that there was a major fault with the hand brake.
They asked me  “would I like to book the vehicle in to fix the fault ....at a cost of £600 to £800.”
I have today had this fault fixed with my local mechanic ... at a cost of £20.
There was no ‘major’ fault at all apparently.
BE VERY CAREFUL when using this dealer as they will ‘try’ and RIP YOU OFF.

We bought a car from Chris At Batchelors
 Unfortunately a few months later an issue was uncovered. Chris dealt with it professionally. He acted with total integrity and resolved the problem quickly and to our satisfaction.  An honest and honourable Dealer Principal who protected his brand, his reputation and his customer. Thanks for sorting Chris.

I bought a used Peugeot 2008 and the service I received from Dana was fantastic, Dana was very knowledgeable and friendly through the whole process. I would highly recommend.
