We went into Batchelors Ripon to see about changing our car from a manual to an automatic. We saw Monty Hayes who has the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. He’s a very smiley young man who knew his stuff about the cars. I was so nervous on my test drive but just fell in love with the e Vitara , it’s a lovely car to drive and has everything and more that we could wish for. I asked Monty what would he do, to which he said I’m here for you to get the best car that suits you. He wasn’t pushy at all just said go away have a think about it, and come back and test drive it again. Monty gave us the weekend and booked us in on the Monday again a lovely car we said yes it was for us. When we picked up our new car Monty went above and more and we can’t thank him enough, also not forgetting the team at Batchelors. Again a big thank you to Monty.nMany thanksnLinda & Lee Davies

Great experience from start to finish dealing with Batchelors at Ripon.  Bought used car and traded in my old car in part-ex.  Looked after all the way by Lewis.  No hard sell.  Very professional and fully knowledgeable of the vehicle I was buying.  The whole process was made so easy and everything was fully explained.  Finally, my new car is simply fantastic!

Super impressed with Monty! I was working with a very tight turnaround, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my new car on time, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. We have had excellent service with Batchelors of Ripon, our sales man Mark Kayes was down to earth, considerate to our needs, helpful and made us feel at ease. Not pushy at all, if we had any reservations he was happy to advise .
