We had a great experience buying our new car from Bachelor’s of Ripon. From our arrival we had plenty of cars to look at and never felt pressured or like we were being watched. Dana Mukane was very knowledgeable about the cars we enquired about. She was professional and dealt with our purchase extremely well. I would recommend any of my family and friends to go and see Dana Mukane as I am confident that they would be treated well and get excellent service, just as we did.
Well I can say my experience with this dealership exceeded my expectation. I'm normally very sceptic/cynical with car dealers based on past experience. In this case, I only bought a mid-range second hand car from them but I was treated like a VIP buying a top of the range car from a top prestigious brand. Thank you Josh, who came out to greet me, then offered me coffee before we sat down to do the paperwork. I had many queries and wanted additional service checks following the previous test drive. These were all done with no hesitation and the car was as good as new when presented to me. I just read the small print on their warranty. And again, I was astonished. I'm used to only getting 3 month warranties which more or less exclude everything where as this one is 12 months and more or less INCLUDES everything within reason of course!. This says a lot about the confidence in Suzuki with their reliability and quality. Well I'm a repeat Suzuki customer because my last one was faultless for over a decade and that dealership was also very good with their service so this says a lot about the brand. So to conclude, excellent, courteous and professional service. I would be very happy to buy my next car from them when the time comes to replace this car. Thank you Josh for the fantastic service.
Great service and brilliant attitude to the customer. Dana listened to our awful experience with a large national dealership. The contrast was remarkable. She listened to our needs and arranged for our viewing in quick time, treating us as people who mattered. The purchase process for our car was smooth and easily completed. If there were SIX stars we would give them!

I had the pleasure of dealing with David Easton at the Ripon branch. I told him my budget and what I needed from a car and he quickly directed me to a beautiful S-Cross. Perfect for my needs and immaculate! He was really informative on the test drive, knew the car well and gave great advice. Loved the car put a deposit down immediately and picked it up a week later. Not all smooth sailing initially with the car after pick up as it had a tire pressure issue, however the real test of a good dealership is how they deal with that. The car was collected, the problem solved and returned to me that day. He then followed up a few days later to check all was well. David is calm and professional at all times even when dealing with an anxious lady Martyn the service manager was knowledgeable and put me at ease. I will be back when I upgrade. Thanks to all who dealt with me for a good experience.
I really dislike buying cars but Batchelors made the whole process better then any previous experiences I have had. The staff are very welcoming and there is none of the usual sales pressure. David Easton who dealt with my exchange guided me through the whole process and associated paperwork with patience and clarity and was at all times friendly and professional. He sat in the car with me and explained all the controls and linked my mobile to the car’s audio system and sent follow up communications encouraging me to return if I had any problems or further queries. Overall, the experience with Batchelors has completely changed my opinion of car dealerships. It was reassuring and stress free so consequently I felt able to ask questions, deliberate and decide without pressure. I would not hesitate to recommend Batchelors, and would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you for a very positive experience.
First and for most, this is the first review I've ever written. Andy was great and helped me get the car I wanted. Had some minor problems a couple of days after taking the car home but Andy was super quick to help fix that. I would definitely go through Bachelor's again. The staff really does care about your needs and make sure you're taking home something of pure quality. Thanks again, Andy!
Purchased a used car from Bachelors, Ripon recently and had a great experience. I was initially just looking to see what was available and was offered some help by Dana who showed me several cars that matched what I was looking for. She was professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She arranged a test drive for me and my husband and really let us have a good look at the car before we made a decision.
