So many thanks to the lovely staff at AMU who looked after my daughter, she had not slept for 5 nights, has autism, and had urinary retention, not easy to manage, and to make matters worse, in her frustration mental exhaustion, she grabbed a much wanted cup of tea, from a lovely HCA Cheryl, throwing g it to the floor which splashed and hurt Cheryl’s arm, she sends her sincere apologies. Such lovely staff, thank you Bassetlaw A and E.
It honestly feels like a 5-star hotel — you couldn’t get better care, even in a private hospital. The staff are absolutely amazing: kind, caring, and incredibly supportive. Everything is spotless, and words can’t express how outstanding the care is.nnI’ve been here for four days with my foster child, who was very scared at first, but the staff have gone above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable. I honestly can’t believe how some people speak about the NHS — I’ve never had a bad experience.
Went to A&E feeling very unwell with a virus/bacterial infection. All the staff, from reception, porter, doctors and nurses were so caring and supportive. You got a real sense of team.nSo grateful for the doctors investigative thoroughness, and providing first class treatment, administered by really friendly, supportive nurses. Thank you so much.
Last week I was in A&E due to my chest and struggling to breathe. The staff were amazing and I was seen very quickly. Made my visit so relaxing and I stopped being scared. The doctor was fantastic and I can't thank him enough. A man wrote the name down and it looks like Dr S Elmag. Thank you so much x
I write on behalf of my husband who insisted that I place a glowing review for Bassetlaw Hospital Cardiology Unit. He was in Ward C2 for 3 nights and for the whole time he was there his treatment and every other aspect of his stay was exemplary. Without exception, the staff were wonderful and very professional. Congratulations to everyone involved and thanks very much!
