Great experience from start to finish. Called, spoke to a very friendly nurse called Cheryl, she immediately said to come and see her. She examined me and calmed me down, which is what I had been waiting for from the NHS for nearly 4 months. Had my first good nights sleep in months as Cheryl reassured me it was nothing serious. Highly recommend.
My experience at Aesthetika is always fantastic. Cheryl is a true expert in her field. She is always so welcoming, informative and professional, taking time to assess, and educate me before advising dermatological treatment.
Great experience -- Cheryl was extremely knowledge, a true professional in her field, and look forward to working with Aesthetika for my dermatological rosacea management/cosmetological fine lines and double chin treatments when needed. Felt no pressure to opt for any procedures I do not need no hard selling here! and all alternatives explained with a suggestion to also talk to the competition! I recommend to everyone, if only for a consult.
I booked my Fit to Fly PCR test here and from the moment I called I knew it would be an excellent service. The communication was flawless and the nurse genuinely cared about me and my travel plans as an individual, giving loads of advice and finding solutions for me. Results came back in less than 24h. Slightly more expensive than other PCR test providers but 100% worth the extra cost for the peace of mind.
Having used the Covid Testing Service for the purpose of fit to travel certificates, I have found the service to be efficient and responsive. On my very first encounter with their service the nurse came in on her time off to meet the needs of the timing requirements for my tests which clearly were driven by specific travel bookings. So very happy and will continue to use the service for any future requirements. Keep up the Good Work
My wife visited the clinic to see Cheryl who is phenomenally knowledgeable. From the initial contact with Connie who did the bookings to the appointment which I got the wrong date for and was rebooked without hassle the service was impeccable. Would highly recommend & we will be Back again for further appointments.

Booked our Fit to Fly test here. The women were incredibly helpful, the test was performed as gently as it could be, and we got our results in less than 14 hours! Would not hesitate to use Aesthetika again.
A great clinic for the COVID tests. Cheryl is such a patient nurse and keeps you informed of Gov travel info.
