Bought this refurbished phone for my grandson and he is delighted with it. Wanted something of a decent quality but mindful that it is highly likely to get damaged before too long in the hands of a teenager. Phone was described accurately as pristine and came with a great saving from new with a 1 year warranty, only needing a quick wipe for smudges and fingerprints. Arrived promptly in original box. Highly satisfied and will definitely look here again when I need another.

Excellent website. Very good price. Delivery quick. Phone described in 'good' condition, but only two tiny marks on screen that are hardly noticeable. I'd have been happy if it had been described as 'very good'. No problems with 'phone in one week's use so can't comment on warranty fulfilment, etc.

Fabulous service: ordered a "very good" Pixel 6 Pro, arrived next day, and with no marks that I could see. I ordered from Big Phone Store rather than just second-hand online because it had the guarantees of serviced and battery checks, as well as the 12-month warranty. And another nice surprise, the phone was charged so I could use it right away! First time getting a refurbished phone, and I'll definitely be back

Bought a refurbished Google Pixel 3 in 'pristine condition' or whatever the term they use for good as new is. As soon as it arrived, the top speaker didn't work. On making a call they did offer to repair it, but it wasn't worth the inconvenience of posting it off and being without a phone for several working days.  5 months in the phone stopped working due to a battery issue. I sent it in for repair under the 12 month warranty. They refused to repair it because i had cracked the screen. Sort of fair enough but also i feel a bit ripped off because they didn't even repair the broken speaker, and I'm not convinced having a cracked screen should stop them repairing the battery.  Also the fault I experienced is not common amongst Google Pixel 3s, so I'm left wondering if they've refurbished the phone with inferior parts.  2 stars because i acknowledge some of the fault is on me, but there are lots of red flags on their behalf too. Won't be using them again.

I ordered a phone from the big phone store and cannot recommend them enough. Good deals available on a range of phones, and the refurb I received is of a really good quality.  Delivery was very quick and I was even provided with a case and screen protector which I wasn't expecting.  Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. Purchased a 'Pristine'rated refurbished phone and was absolutely blown away by the quality. The phone looked like it had just come out of the factory. I purchased a phone rated as pristine in January. I received it in just a few days, and in very good condition. It has performed with no problems. The battery is all I hoped for from this model. So, a very good phone at a good price and service to match.

I bought a second hand mobile phone from The Big Phone Store. It is a very new model, refurbished. Far cheaper than the retail price and certainly as good as new. Good service and quick delivery. Fully recommend.
