Lovely experience this morning! Visited for my first time and was immediately offered a tour of the facilities, really friendly staff here and they seem to know all the regular gym and pool users. The guy who gave me a tour and helped me set up a membership was really lovely and helpful. Overall I instantly felt welcomed. The pool users are all very friendly and chatty. I love that there’s music in the pool so you’re not lost in the depths of your own thoughts while you swim, just focus on having a nice time!
Run by kids for kids.nnJust shuts if they can't get a manager to do an extra hours work or one of the severel staff members who are there to tell you that they are shutting due to staff issues? Only 90mins until normal closing time.nnHealth and safety is non existent, hardly ever a member of staff in the gym anyway, and they allow people to wear sliders/flipflops in the gym. And after school then high school students head over in large groups to sit and use their phones while left to use the equipment incorrectly and dangerously.nnRevamped the upstairs gym with new flooring and equipment but can't be bothered to get a member of staff to remove the copious huge cobwebs from the windows which you get to stare at while looking out over the car park.
I took my two children swimming and it was a great pool. The changing rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. There is a lovely cafe and seating available near a small soft play for under 5s. I do not live locally and was amazed at the value for money. I will definitely be going back when I am in Norfolk again.
Always come to Imagine Spa in Wymondham. And I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Girls Keri and Amy are lovely. I had the pregnancy massage booked in for another one.
Disgusting, loads of small bugs crawling in the drains in the changing rooms. This needs to be looked into by management and a proper clean done.
