Have recently purchased 5 new blinds on supply and fit, had fantastic service  once again , all look stunning, Thank you to the team , in particular Scott on the fitting, very tidy and clean workmanship, friendly & professional, he even sorted a problem we had with a large blind which was purchased 8 years ago. Would definitely recommend Barnes Blinds to my family and friends .

Visited on 26th August 2023, late afternoon. Walked in with my husband. Two ladies on reception, they both never looked up to say hello, had a look around, no one around to ask any questions, ladies on reception still talking, walked out of the door, no goodbye,so ignorant.

We have had an awning fitted to our home and have been very impressed with the service, quality and value.  The installation team were great,  with a refreshing attention to detail.  They definitely exceeded our expectations.  Well done team, we would certainly recommend you!

Very pleased with our new blinds.  We visited the shop completely unsure of what we wanted but they had a huge choice of fabrics and styles.  I particularly liked the large displays blinds, which I found very useful to make my decision. We got some good, helpful suggestions from the staff,  such as cassettes with fabric inserts, which if they had not mentioned I would not of been aware of.  We went with this idea and I am very glad we did as it really makes a striking feature of the rollers we chose.  The blinds were fitted with the minimum of fuss, no mess and best of all they look great.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had plantation shutters and voiles for our whole house supplied and fitted and can’t fault anything. Very professional

This is the very first time we have used Barnes Blinds.  And we have been very impressed by an outstanding service from start to finish!  Our main requirement was for an electrically operated vertical blind.  Adam took us through the initial options and then came round to do the survey.  When Pete did the installation, he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and the job was completed in next to no time.  All in all, a really impressive service.  We will use Barnes Blinds again ourselves in future and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants quality blinds fitted very professionally at a reasonable price.

Really impressed by the standard of customer service and after care given by the whole team at Barnes Blinds, Kidsgrove. A problem with our very large Venetian blind was quickly sorted even though it was purchased several years ago.

Really pleased with the whole job. the blinds arrived and were fitted earlier that the anticipated date, which was great. Simon the fitter did a great job and was very courteous and thorough. we have bought from  Barnes's before and would do so again.
