A really eye opening experience. As an older person I have to say that I had forgotten a lot of the rudimentary thing. The first thingwe were asked to do was recognising speeds on certain roads. I’m embarrassed to say I got 2 out of 5 correct. I’m glad I got a speeding ticket..This corse has pressed my reset button.Which means that I will most certainly be keeping within the Speedo limits from now on. We had Ravi and Dave. Very good. Put everything thing across well.
DEW has 2 halls.. .A and B. Check your mail for the right class. Their's ample free parking and they will insist you park at the main parking area. Attendance on time is mandatory as the door is closed once class starts. Their's free coffee to warm you up. When attended with an open mind, one gets insight into things one takes for granted in driving. Though a good interactive section with free cups of coffee; it's not recommended if you can avoid it.
Good course, includes videos and group discussion , friendly staff and free tea /coffee/ hot chocolate . Nearest bus stop about a 2 min walk , if you arrive early and you are on foot there no where to shelter as the reception area doesn't open until 10 minutes before your course starts. There is a cafe down road if needed , if arriving by car there is plenty parking
